A graduate of Stanford University and University of California Hastings College of Law, Cathy has headed her own law firm since she passed the bar in 1978.
Over the course of her career, she has represented debtors in Chapters 7, 11, and 13 as well as trustees, creditors and creditors committees.
Cathy is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney (NACBA) where she was recognized in 2017 for long term service to the organization. She was first named a Bankruptcy Super Lawyer in 2007, and in each year since. She also serves on the board of the NACTT Academy.
If she had any spare time, she’d spend it in her vegetable garden and in the kitchen cooking new and adventurous dishes for Steve, her husband of many decades. Homelife is enlivened by an American Staffordshire terrier Quiz.
